Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Tuckernuck finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please note that a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless you opt for an exchange or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Refund Method

  Select whether you would like to receive a refund to your original payment method, a direct exchange for a different size, or a store credit code.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
